Najeeb Ghauri
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of NetSol
As CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Najeeb Ghauri spearheads the company's growth and expansion plans. He was responsible for the milestone achievement of getting NetSol listed on USA's NASQAQ stock exchange in 1999.
He received his bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University, and earned an MBA in marketing from the Drucker School of Management at The Claremont Graduate School . Prior to launching NetSol in the U.S.A, Najeeb had over 15 years of combined marketing and management experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Unilever and Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO).
He was elected Vice Chairman of US Pakistan Business Council in 2006, a Washington D.C. based council of US Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Ghauri is also very active in several philanthropic activities in emerging markets and is a founding director of Pakistan Human Development Fund, a partnership with UNDP to promote literacy, health services and poverty alleviation in Pakistan . He is a board member at the newly created U.S. Pakistan Business Council in Washington, D.C., and is also on the board of M4 International, Inc., a California-based executive consulting firm.
Boo-Ali Siddiqui
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Siddiqui has served as NetSol's Chief Financial Officer since April 2009. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of NetSol Technologies Ltd. managing the finances of all companies in the Asia group since 2005. Prior to joining NetSol, he served as Deputy Registrar of Companies for the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and as Senior Manager, Audit and Tax, for Ehtisham & Co., Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Siddiqui holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Hailey College of Commerce, Lahore, University of The Punjab, Pakistan, is a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Managers (FICS) and the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (FPA), and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ACA).
Salim Ghauri

Salim Ghauri is the founder of NetSol Technologies (previously Network Solutions) and the visionary force behind the company. He is now the CEO and Chairman of NetSol Technologies Ltd. (the Company's center of technological excellence located in Pakistan listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE: NTWK)) and also oversees the company's business in the Asia Pacific Region.
Salim Ghauri is recognized as a leading IT icon of Pakistan. He received his BS degree in Computers Science from the University of Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan.
Before establishing NetSol Technologies Ltd., he was a successful IT consultant in Australia. His last assignment was with BHP Steel in Sydney. As a system integrator, he was responsible for software and hardware solutions. His main achievement was the introduction of a PC-based network in BHP Steel. From 1988-89, he consulted with the State Rail Authority of NSW Australia for its MIS reporting.
Prior to moving to Australia, he resided in Saudi Arabia, where he started his IT career at Citibank, Riyadh in 1979. Mr. Ghauri is credited with setting up the first IT-based training institute and a software house in Damam, Saudi Arabia. In 2007, Mr. Ghauri was appointed as an Honorary Consul for Australia-Punjab Region.
Naeem Ghauri

Naeem Ghauri brings a wealth of IT experience from the global lease/finance industry and tremendous business management experience in international markets. He has been instrumental in marketing complex financial products and solutions and forming strategic alliances and partnerships. He had set up NetSol's European office and was involved in acquiring two companies that complement NetSol's services in sophisticated financial products and services.
He has a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Chelsea College of Aeronautical Engineering, UK, and a degree in Computer Science from CLC, Los Angeles.
From 1994-1999, he was a senior IT consultant with various blue-chip companies in Europe. At Debis, he managed the Hercules Project, a complex and challenging project valued in excess of $70 million. It involved supervising over 200 project managers, developers, analysts and users in nine European countries.
Prior to taking on the Hercules Project, Naeem was a senior project manager in Singapore with Mercedes. From 1983-1995, he held various assignments in Australia and the United Kingdom with Citibank and Fidelity Investments, respectively, in data processing departments. He also ran several successful business ventures in retail computers and in the real estate industry in Australia.
Imran Haider

Imran Haider is a seasoned IT professional with proven expertise in Sales and Information Technology Management. He has been working with NetSol Technologies since 2002 and has played a vital role in the Company's success in Asia Pacific region. Mr. Haider was appointed Chief Operating Officer of NetSol Technologies North America, Inc. in January 2010. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Haider served as Senior Vice President NetSol Financial Suite-Business Development at NetSol Technologies Ltd. in Lahore, Pakistan. His tenure with NetSol Technologies Limited included business development (sales & marketing) of NetSol Financial Suite of products in Asia & Australia, Account Management of Developed Accounts, NetSol Financial Suite related strategic planning and Strategic Building and Execution of the NetSol Technologies China office. Before joining NetSol Technologies, Mr. Haider had worked with Sayyed Engineers and Interactive Communications in roles related to system implementation, market research, and sales.
Mr. Haider is highly qualified in disciplines of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Information Technology. He completed his MBA in 1999, with a focus on Marketing and Finance, from the prestigious Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Pakistan. Later he returned to LUMS and augmented his qualification with a certification in IT Management. Imran also holds a Master's Degree in Economics from University of the Punjab, Pakistan.
Patti L. W. McGlasson
General Counsel & Company Secretary
Ms. McGlasson joined NetSol as General Counsel in January 2004 and was elected to the position of Secretary in March 2004. She was instrumental in the acquisitions of both NetSol Technologies Europe and NetSol Technologies North America, Inc. and facilitated the listing of NTI on the NasdaqDubai exchange. She supervises all legal aspects of the companies including, but not limited to, license negotiation, employment issues and SEC and Nasdaq compliance. Prior to joining NetSol, Ms. McGlasson practiced at securities and corporate law boutique firms including Vogt & Resnick, law corporation and Horwitz & Beam, the firm which advised NetSol in its IPO. Ms. McGlasson's private practice focused on corporate, securities and business transactions. As part of her Masters in Law in Transnational Business, she interned at the law firm of Loeff Claeys Verbeke in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in 1991. Ms. McGlasson was admitted to practice in California in 1991. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1987 from the University of California, San Diego and, her Juris Doctor and Masters in Law in Transnational Business from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 1991 and 1993, respectively. Ms. McGlasson's affiliations are: member of the Business Law section of the State Bar of California; and member of Association of Corporate Counsel of America.
Ayub Ghauri
Senior Vice President – Head of Global Marketing Ayub Ghauri is a seasoned Marketing and Media professional possessing more than 20 years of industry experience. Ayub is responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies which include image building, brand building, launching of new products and services, PR, Internal and External communications, data mining, and holding and participating in events to promote the Company worldwide. He works closely with Marketing teams in US, UK, Thailand and China to develop strategies for greater market share. Ayub holds a Business Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from prestigious California State University-Northridge.
NetSol Technology Institute was Ayub's brainchild, a project that he initiated and successfully executed from a startup, and remained its Head for three years. NTI was successful in development of highly skilled and industry-ready IT resources. He also has extensive experience with TV Media in senior positions with three different TV networks in UK and Pakistan.
Mike Miller

Mike Miller serves as Vice President of Partner Services as part of NetSol Technologies North America, Inc.’s Global Sales organization. With his many years of experience in commercial equipment leasing, banking, systems, project management, operations, and training, Mr. Miller brings an extraordinary level of experience to his position. Mr. Miller has worked with many of the premier leasing firms in North America in his 30-plus years of experience in the fields of business operations and information technology.
His depth of experience in the world of financial services is exceeded only by the extraordinary versatility he brings to his position at NetSol Technologies North America. Mr. Miller has earned a reputation as an invaluable and committed business partner to NetSol customers.
Malea Farsai
Corporate Counsel
Malea Farsai is Corporate Counsel for NetSoI Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Farsai represented NetSol and several other public companies on NASDAQ and OTC in a private law firm practice, which focused primarily on corporate, securities, intellectual property and general transactional matters. She joined NetSol in March 2000. Ms. Farsai was admitted to practice in California in 1996. She received her BA in Political Science in 1990 from University of California, Irvine and her JD in 1995.
Miss Farsai’s affiliations are: member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California; Advisory Board/Steering Committee Member, Bel Air Presbyterian Church-Preschool (2009-present); Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program (2001).
Shaz Khan
Senior Vice President, SAP Sales and Solutions
Shaz Khan is Senior Vice President, SAP Sales and Solutions at NetSol Technologies North America, Inc. He has been actively implementing SAP solutions for over 12 years with a specific focus in SAP supply chain and procurement applications, including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), MDM, and Materials Management/Production Planning. Shaz oversees all SAP practice areas and service offerings under NetSol Technologies, including SRM, SCM, MDM and Interactive Forms, Portal, and Business Objects. He combines his extensive experience in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Process Modeling, and SAP Supply Chain consulting to lead consulting teams to deliver high-value and results-oriented SAP solutions for Fortune 1000 clients.
He began his career as a Senior Information Technology Consultant with Ernst & Young and has managed and implemented SAP supply chain, strategic sourcing and procurement, and business process reengineering projects for numerous clients in the Media, Entertainment, Chemical, Oil, and Financial Services Industries. Shaz is a certified SAP Materials Management and SAP SRM consultant and an accomplished author of two SAP configuration guides, SAP SRM Extended Classic Cookbook and SRM Advanced CCM Cookbook. Shaz received his B.A. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. |
