Naeem Ghauri, President of NetSol Technologies Americas / Europe, with Chairman Mario Garnero, Chairman of the Board and principal shareholder of the Brasilinvest Group, a large private business development company headquartered in Brazil. On May 20, 2011, NetSol announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Brasilinvest Group to create a software and IT service joint venture focused on catering to the technology needs of the Latin American IT market.

NetSol Technologies Chairman and CEO Presides Over NASDAQ Closing Bell to Benefit 20 Million Pakistani Flood Victims

On October 29, 2010, Mr. Najeeb Ghauri, Chairman and CEO, NetSol Technologies presided over the ceremony along with the CEO of the International Medical Corps, a global relief agency; and senior executives from two U.S. Chamber of Commerce affiliates, the U.S.-Pakistan Business Council (USPBC) and the Business Civic Leadership Center (BCLC), which were coordinating the business community's disaster response.
