Najeeb Ghauri

Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Najeeb Ghauri is the founder, chairman of the board of directors and CEO of NETSOL Technologies, Inc. In the early years of the company, Mr. Ghauri was responsible for restructuring NETSOL’s business model into that of an IT company. Additionally, he was instrumental in the completion of the NETSOL Technologies, Inc. initial public offering in 1998, as well as listing the company’s major Pakistan-based subsidiary, NETSOL Technologies Ltd., on the Karachi Stock Exchange in 2005. Prior to launching NETSOL in the U.S., Mr. Ghauri had over 15 years of combined marketing and management experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Unilever and Atlantic Richfield Corporation (ARCO). Mr. Ghauri is also active in various charitable and educational non-governmental organizations (NGOs) worldwide. He is a founding board member of the Pakistan Human Development Fund, which provides educational tools to children in underdeveloped areas of Pakistan.

Naeem Ghauri

Mr. Naeem Ghauri serves as the managing director of NETSOL (UK) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary located in London. He also is the director of NETSOL’s global sales group. While instrumental in numerous transactions, his most significant contribution was his role in closing the TiG NETSOL Joint Venture in 2005. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ghauri was project director for Mercedes-Benz Finance Ltd., where he supervised over 200 project managers, developers, analysts and users in nine European countries. Mr. Ghauri earned his degree in computer science from University of Brighton, England.

Eugen Beckert

Independent Director & Chair of Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee

Mr. Beckert most recently worked at Daimler Chrysler until his retirement in 2006. He previously served as vice present for Japanese-based DCS, as well as with Mercedes-Benz AG/Daimler Benz AG, working in technology and systems development. Other appointments include serving as CIO and director of Global IT for Debis Financial Services, a division of Daimler Benz, as well as CIO and director of processes and systems for Financial Services of DaimlerChrysler Asia Pacific Services. Mr. Beckert received his master’s degree in engineering and economics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany.

Shahid Javed Burki

Independent Director & Chair of Audit Committee

Mr. Burki is currently chairman of the Institute of Public Policy, a think tank associated with Beaconhouse National University in Lahore, Pakistan. Previously, he held many senior positons during a long career at the World Bank, including chief of policy planning; director of the international relations department; director of the China department; and vice president of Latin America and Caribbean regions. Mr. Burki was educated at Government College University in Lahore, Pakistan, where he received a Master of Science in physics. He also was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, earning a master’s degree in economics with honors. Mr. Burki also received a master’s degree in public education as a Mason Fellow at Harvard University.

Mark Caton

Independent Director & Chair of Compensation Committee

Mr. Caton currently is president of Centela Systems, Inc., a distributor of computer peripheral solutions in the multimedia and digital electronic market segment. Prior to joining Centela, Mr. Caton was president of NETSOL Technologies USA, where he was responsible for all U.S. sales. He also previously served as a senior account executive at ePlus, a leading integrator of technology solutions. Mr. Caton received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jeff Bilbrey

President, North America

Mr. Bilbrey is currently President NETSOL Technologies, North America. He was previously Vice President, Client Partner Services at Majesco a software solutions company. With over 20 years of experience creating, delivering and sustaining technology products. Jeff has a passion for creating and supporting high performing teams that focus on common goals, remain free from distractions, and are encouraged to use their own unique talents to create certain success. Jeff’s strengths are rooted in his focus on the expressed and unexpressed desires of customers, partners and colleagues, ensuring teams are built and engaged in bringing strategic visions to life. Jeff has hands-on experience leading diverse groups such as Product Management and Marketing, core development teams, Program Management, and enterprise program delivery at very international large clients.
At Majesco, Jeff is responsible for leading many of the company’s strategic client relationships, including managing business development and delivery objectives, top and bottom line P&L, customer satisfaction, and the overall client relationship sponsorship to all operating units of the diverse Majesco business. Jeff oversees account/program managers to perform technical program and project management of geographically disbursed teams to deliver full-life cycle business and technical solutions. Prior to Majesco, Jeff worked as VP of IS at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), a national hospital network, and was responsible for leading the highly talented IS (Information Services) group in providing technology solutions that improve patient care and safety and assist in winning the fight against cancer every day. With accountability for hundreds of applications that are central to the patient care and business solutions, and providing innovative enhancements as well as Tier 1 and 2 support to the CTCA national network of hospitals and corporate entities, Jeff organized functional teams that were built for success and that created leaders to carry tomorrow. Prior to CTCA, Jeff has worked as an international technology and management consultant, founded a boutique IT strategy consulting business, has guided product strategy across 7 countries and led North American technology operations for Innovation Group. Other achievements include being a driving force behind starting and growing 150 person on/offshore tech company from the ground up; and leading multidisciplinary $30+ million transformational programs. In addition to his service on the NETSOL board, he serves as Chairman of the Board for Trademark U, a business focused on coaching, leadership and personal branding for professionals and young adults. Jeff lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, Hilary, and three children (Breck, Jake and Faith). He is an avid outdoorsman, with a love for hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, cycling, running and exploring all the peace and wonders of the great outdoors.

Asad Ghauri

Director,
Deputy Head of Global Sales

Mr. Ghauri joined NETSOL Technologies Limited in 1998 and has worked in several senior sales positions during his tenure at the company before his current title, including being named director of sales and marketing for Europe. He also is a Microsoft certified professional. Mr. Ghauri received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University, where he majored in computer sciences and programming.

Farooq Ghauri

Mr. Ghauri has played a vital role in the company’s global success through his hands-on leadership and unrelenting drive to meet the needs of NETSOL’s growing client base. He also has amassed a proven track record of client growth and retention, built on his industry expertise in the finance and leasing, software development and information technology management industries. Since he joined the company in 2004, Mr. Ghauri has worked in NETSOL’s Pakistan, China, Australia, Thailand and U.S. offices, with a recent focus on the Latin American finance and leasing market.

Tim O’Sullivan

Managing Director, NETSOL Technologies Europe

Mr. O’Sullivan is responsible for strategy development and new product initiatives with a specific focus on solutions for the automotive, captive and lessor sectors. He has more than 25 years of experience within the financial services sector where his most recent stint was with the asset finance and leasing industry. While there, he worked on enhancing and building global sales capabilities across multiple jurisdictions, predominantly with SunGard and Emric.

Jeffrey Andrews

Chief Operating Officer, Europe

Mr. Andrews is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NETSOL’s European activities. He is also a part of NETSOL’s M&A team and was involved in the acquisition of Virtual Lease Services Ltd. Since joining NETSOL in 2008, Mr. Andrews has held a number of senior positions in Europe, and in Asia, where he spent time in China spearheading NETSOL’s sales and marketing activities. He was recently appointed joint managing director of NETSOL’s German subsidiary, NETSOL Technologies GmbH, where he is currently focusing on the company’s expansion into continental Europe. Mr. Andrews has more than 25 years of experience developing and delivering software enabled solutions. Prior to joining NETSOL, he spent over 10 years advising offshore and nearshore IT and business process outsourcing companies on penetrating new markets.

Naeem Ghauri

Naeem Ghauri serves as the managing director of NETSOL (UK) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary located in London. He also is the director of NETSOL’s global sales group. While instrumental in numerous transactions, his most significant contribution was his role in closing the TiG NETSOL Joint Venture in 2005. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ghauri was project director for Mercedes-Benz Finance Ltd., where he supervised over 200 project managers, developers, analysts and users in nine European countries. Mr. Ghauri earned his degree in computer science from University of Brighton, England.

Boo Ali

Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Siddiqui also serves as chief financial officer and company secretary of NETSOL Technologies Ltd. in Lahore. Prior to joining NETSOL, he served as deputy registrar for the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as well as senior manager, audit and tax, for Ehtisham & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Managers (FICS) and the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (FPFA), as well as a member of the Institute for Internal Controls USA and the Institute of Forensic Accountants of Pakistan. Mr. Siddiqui holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Hailey College of Commerce of the University of the Punjab, located in Pakistan. He also completed his four-year articleship training from Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder & Company.

Patti L. W. McGlasson

Senior Vice President Legal & Corporate Matters,
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Patti L. W. McGlasson is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal function, including all intellectual property, international law, ethics, corporate governance, contracts and labor, as well as regulatory affairs. Mrs. McGlasson oversaw numerous negotiations, including the acquisitions of CQ Systems, McCue Systems and Virtual Lease Services, as well as joint ventures with The Innovation Group and the Atheeb Group. In addition, McGlasson oversees NETSOL’s international corporate structure, which included the formations of wholly owned subsidiaries in China and Thailand. She also serves as corporate secretary and compliance officer. Prior to joining NETSOL, McGlasson practiced securities and corporate law at various boutique law firms, including Vogt & Resnick, Law Corporation and Horwitz & Beam, the firm which advised NETSOL on its initial public offering. She earned her J.D. and LL.M. in transnational business from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific. McGlasson also received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, San Diego.

Wajih-ur-Rehman

Global Program Director

Wajih-ur-Rehman is responsible for the overall delivery of the company’s global projects, including setting up new worldwide offices. Prior to this role, Mr. Rehman headed up operations at NETSOL Technologies Europe as chief operating officer. Mr. Rehman also played an instrumental role in setting up a large-scale joint venture with U.K.-based Innovation Group. Mr. Rehman has taught various technology courses as a visiting faculty member at Lahore University of Management Sciences. He also received numerous industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Associate in Claims (AIC), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Project Management. Mr. Rehman holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in computer science. He received his MBA from London Business School.

Roger Almond

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Almond has nearly two decades of experience providing national and international companies with financial reporting and auditing services, serving in various positions at Grant Thornton LLP and at Pickard & Green, CPAs. Additionally, he has expertise in preparing SEC filings for public companies, conducting due diligence on potential acquisition candidates, preparing projections and business plans, and evaluating and improving internal controls. Mr. Almond also previously served as CFO for Keysor Century Corporation, located in Saugus, California. Roger Almond received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a certified public accountant licensed in California. He also has completed executive management courses at UCLA.

Paul Stevens

Chief Innovation Officer, Europe

Mr. Paul Stevens is the Chief Information Officer for NETSOL Technologies Europe. Paul joined NETSOL in January 2015 with a variety of responsibilities including being tasked with optimising the European deployment of NFS AscentTM , including extending the solution to satisfy regional and local market requirements. Prior to joining NETSOL, Mr. Stevens spent more than 25 years acquiring asset finance domain knowledge across a number of IT, architecture & strategy, and operations disciplines, holding senior roles most notably in ING Lease as CIO for UK and subsequently Europe, and Lombard.

Andrew Godsmark

Product Head Ascent, Europe

Mr. Andrew Godsmark is the European product Head for Ascent, responsible for ensuring that Ascent meets the market requirements. Prior to joining NETSOL Technologies Europe Ltd in Jan 2015 he had 20 years experience of the Asset Finance industry with Lombard. His main role was technology change, delivering Lombard’s first integrated Front Office, its first auto-underwrite engine, various portfolio reschedules, and provided architecture and design oversight. Outside of work Mr Godsmark enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing golf.

John Grant

Director Australia

John Grant is currently the Australian Director for NETSOL Technologies and has extensive engagement experience across auto captives, non bank and bank lenders spanning over 25 years. John also is a member of the NETSOL Global Product Advisory Group which is responsible for the overall global product roadmap. John also regularly is invited to industry events as a key note speaker and discussion forum panelist.
Prior to joining NETSOL John was previously the CEO and Group Executive Director of the Stratton Finance Group and which culminated in the successful sale of Stratton to an ASX Top 50 for an industry defining multiple.
Previous roles included Corporate Account Director at RP Data (2010 – 2011) and Founder and Director of Lending Technology Services (1998 – 2008) which was the developer and supplier of mortgage origination technology and BPO outsourcing services to some of Australia’s largest lenders for over 10 years before being sold to an international private equity backed firm in 2008.

John holds professional qualifications in law and science from Monash University Melbourne and is an admitted solicitor to the Victorian Bar. He was also instrumental in the formation of the LIXI financial services data language in early 2000.

Away from work John is a keen triathlete, ocean swimmer and competitive cyclist. He has 3 teenage children and spends his time between Melbourne and Sydney.

Salim Ghauri

Founder & CEO NETSOL Technologies PK

Salim Ghauri is recognized as the leading role model for IT professionals in Pakistan. He is the founder and the visionary force behind NETSOL Technologies, overseeing NETSOL’s operations of the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Ghauri began his career in Saudi Arabia, working in the IT division of Citibank, Riyadh. He is credited with setting up the first IT-based training institute as well as a software house in Damam, Saudi Arabia. Before establishing NETSOL, he was a successful IT consultant in Australia where he worked with BHP Steel in Sydney as a system integrator. He was mainly responsible for software and hardware solutions and his main achievement is considered to be the introduction of a PC-based network in BHP Steel. From 1988- 89, he consulted with the State Rail Authority of NSW Australia for its MIS reporting. In 2007, Mr. Ghauri was appointed as an Honorary Consul for Australia-Punjab Region. He received his BS degree in Computers Science from the University of Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan.

Olle Murby

European Professional Services Director

Mr. Olle Murby is the European Professional Services Director responsible for ensuring that each delivery of the NFS Ascent is correctly tailored to meet the European client’s high demand for configurability and long term sustainment of their complex and frequently changing business environment. Prior to joining NETSOL Technologies Europe Ltd. in September 2015, Murby had over 25 years of experience in the Asset Finance industry. He built his own asset finance software company from his Swedish base, accomplishing the development, implementation and life-cycle management of one single installation of a software solution. The software was configured for more than 15 countries in a multi-language, -currency,-GAAP and –regulatory environment, as well as delivering solutions to more than 100 clients globally.

Chris Tobey

Global Sales Director

Mr. Chris Tobey, Global Sales Director for Wholesale Finance is responsible for executing sales, relationship building and the overall strategy for the AscentTM Wholesale module. Mr. Chris held a senior sales role with Sword Apak, a major supplier of specialist Wholesale and Floorplan finance solutions for nearly 10 years. The market knowledge and domain experience gained during this time is a key element to the ongoing development of new opportunities for NETSOL. Mr. Chris has also worked for a regulatory reporting software supplier and a leading UK financial services solutions provider. He has many years of experience working with major banks and finance houses in multiple countries.
