This module provides proactive scheduling of asset maintenance requirements. It controls the workflow for maintenance and monitors vehicle/equipment performance. It also generates invoices against any work order, notifications and alerts.
Registration Renewal
This module stores the registration details of each asset (vehicle or equipment). It integrates with local registration department and also handles registration renewal processes.
Fuel Card Management
The system manages fuel cards for different assets through various requests generated through the system. The module integrates with the fuel company’s system to download fuel logs or invoices & upload various requests.
E-Tag Management
This module integrates with the e-tag company’s system to download e-tags logs and invoices. System has alerts and notifications for e-tags renewals & expiration.
Parking Card Management
The system requests parking cards for different assets at the time of contract activation. System maintains & stores the information of all the new cards.
Accident Management
By using Accident management module, user can generate requests for different modules of FMS such as relief vehicle, repair & maintenance and roadside assistance.
Roadside/Relief Vehicle Management
Roadside management module allows fleet users to interact with 3rd party roadside companies systems and generate requests incase of any unexpected breakdown or accidents. From Roadside module, user can generate request for relief vehicle.
Insurance/Renewal Claim
Maintains & renews insurance policies for fleet of vehicles or for a single vehicle. It provides complete online access to all claim details.
Fines Management
This module provides a process to record, pay and reconcile fines on behalf of the client. It generates an automatic notification upon completion of the payment process.
Warrantee/Extended Warrantee Claim
This module facilitates in filing warranty claims directly to the asset manufacturer. It also includes verification of parts under warranty and generates invoices and billing.
FMS Interfaces
